Meeting New People
Members of the Inspirators have the opportunity to work with various members of the community from all over Montgomery County. In the past two years, we have gone to numerous schools in both upper county and down the county.
Learn About the Community
Whenever our team looks into potential projects, we often do research on the specific school, their demographics, and their specific needs. It opens a completely different perspective of various communities around us.
Management and Coordination
It takes a lot of effort and coordination to pull off large community events. A lot of time and energy is spent into ensuring that the projects go smoothly. Members learn about how to work with others within the team and the preparation needed to pull of events.
